Old Village hotel in Lombok pleasantly surprised me with its perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The staff's genuine friendliness and eagerness to cater to guests created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Not only did they offer unlimited freshly roasted coffee and tea, but the cozy rooms with excellent air conditioning and high-quality towels made for a comfortable retreat. The added convenience of free Wi-Fi in public areas and the eco-conscious practice of providing water refills to reduce plastic waste further contributed to the hotel's appeal. Old Village exceeded my expectations with its exceptional hospitality, value for money, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
